Please Include Body Measurements in all Graphics!!!!!

How frustrating to be looking at an item of clothing & the body measurements are not included in the graphics! The hosts complained a few years ago about having to receit the body measurements during on-air presentations because it was too confusing. WELL STOP THE CONFUSION FOR EVERYONE & LIST THOSE MEASUREMENTS IN THE GRAPHICS. Stop showing the range of sizes so often & show the measurement of the sizes. Everyone knows that most of the garments OVC's sells don't follow it's standarized sizing & haven't for a long time. I am tired of being ripped off with additional shipping charges to return items simply because they don't fit & at the same time I read customers complaing that they are being reprimanded for too many returns.

REALLY QVC, IS THAT HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??????
