I would not be comfortable wearing dark brown with navy. I'd prefer a nude (beige) or red pump or wedge heel.

I would say no, unless the navy is a really dark, black-navy. If it's more sailor blue-navy, then no.

I like navy with black, and if you don't care for it with black, there's always a nude color footwear option, like tan or beige, etc.

Overall I am not a huge fan of brown footwear, unless it's boots, or a summer sandal in a brown. For some reason, I never liked brown pumps or flats. No reason why, I just don't like them.

Brown is exceptional with a deep blue based olive green!

I am not a "brown" person, but if I owned these pumps, I would wear them with a navy skirt or dress.
