The lines are chopping her figure in half, shortening her legs and not flattering to her beautiful shape.

Not thinking the majority of women would look nice in this, myself included.

A lower rise on a wide leg crop will change the proportion completely. I'm not saying it will look badly, cuz I haven't seen it with a low rise, just different.

I like the rise (I have a long torso), other than that, I don't care for these at all.

A huge no from me!!  I can't imagine any shoe looking good with these.  No matter how great your legs are the little stub between the hem and shoe cannot possibly look even ok.  The look reminds me of hand me down ill fitting clothing that a taller skinnier younger sibling might be forced to wear.  That high waist would compete with my bra for space and my bras hold me up high.

I think the very wide pants make the wearer look wider, especially the short ones.  They also cut the body in half making her look wide, short and stubby.

I wonder if the high rise makes the rear look big.I remember reading that by a shorter rise you have what appears to be half the butt.I wonder if it would make mine look really long since it isn’t round anymore.
