Petticoat Pants?

 

I understand they will be a trend for the young in late Spring and this Summer.  

Look like women's bloomers to me.  They are not for the middle aged or senior crowd.

I don't believe these are meant for "street wear"  (the models are mostly barefoot).

I wore them when I was a kid....under a dress instead of a slip.

 

They were called petti pants
