May as well go to a second hand store and buy a few pairs of old jeans for cheap.  Buy some iron on patches and no one will know the difference.

Obviously, not a fan of jeans with holes or patches.

I have the shirt version of the RL patched jeans and I love it.  I saw Carolyn and Jen on the Q FB page earlier and they were getting crushed for the jeans.  Harsh!  I think they're cute even though I know they wouldn't look good on me.

The only jeans i like here are the RL ones because he captures the relaxed sort of je ne sais quoi.   i wore my own patched jeans back in the day and our patches were not perfect squares and matchy matchy fabrics. ours were very random yet told a story.   AND we patched the backs of our jeans too where we wore out the hiney!     my nic in HS was Patches!

Never been a fan of the holes either, or distressing.

I have the darker one from Renee Greenstein. I like them for weekend running around, but I don’t feel the need for ant more. I do like the printed denim and embroidered jean looks.

I have the Tommy Hilfiger ones pictured and order the Big Deal jeans in white. I don’t care if you don’t like them. I do.

Every couple of years or so, I tell myself that I'm going to order patches from Amazon, and iron them onto some of my old-ish, loose-fitting, worn out jeans.

Then I completely forget about it.  lol

Maybe this year.......We'll see......

(It would be very easy (the iron on type(s).)

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

When i saw Carolyn in them this morning i just cracked up laughing and the first thing that came to my mind was"they will sell anything on QVC".............i personally think patch jeans aren't attractive....but some of the true fashion designers have made them somewhat wearable....BUT the ones QVC showed on Carolyn today looked like something us kids would have made in Home

Economics years back............so sloppy looking and so

unrealistic....ugh

Carolyn looked horrible, I don't know what she was thinking wearing those jeans.
