I can't believe all the mistakes she's making. You can tell she did not prepare for this show, she gave wrong colors of the wigs, didn't know what colors were left in wigs, she didn't know what the one model was wearing in the opening of PM Style and all the ummmms. I guess she's taking after her favorite co-host and friend. It's terrible to watch a show and see a host that is so unprepared. I'm really surprised at her, she used to be my favorite.

They seem like they're really close "off the show" too. What a shame that two women who are longtime friends might be aware of things like this being said about them. And we met through our sons (now in college) when they were in kindergarten (hers) and mine (first grade).

Well I don't think that you and your best friend are hosts on a shopping channel where you're supposed to concentrate on selling instead of constantly fooling around and cackling all through the whole show. Jayne takes over and Pat is her sidekick just so she can tell what size is available for each piece of clothing. It's so ridiculous. If they are best friends off air, that's great and they can cackle and do whatever they want, but when they're on air together IMO they're a trainwreck.

You are right about that - we're not hosts on a shopping channel! I guess I haven't been watching as long as some of you, and I never got to see a full show when they were hosts of the Monday and Friday morning shows. I had them on while I got ready in the morning, and quite honestly I enjoyed their banter. It seemed to me like two people having a good time together and still getting the selling done.

As far as Jayne taking over and Pat acting as her "sidekick," I think that is the way the producers want it. I notice with Jayne and Rachel hosting together, Rachel is the one who gives the sizes. Doesn't matter to me - as long as someone does it!

It's obvious you and some others just don't prefer Pat and Jayne together. I do. We differ in our preferences - nothing wrong with that! There might be a few posters who agree with me!

Sorry to say this but I don't prefer Jayne at all by herself, with another host or vendor. First, why does she even need another host with her because whoever that host is, Jayne just takes over. Does she think that she's just too important that she can't give colors and what sizes are available? She needs another host to do this? I feel sorry for Pat, she's been with the Q a long time and she has to just stand in the background and tell what sizes are available? Jayne needs another host to correct the mistakes she makes with colors and descriptions and, of course to banter and cackle with. She is so unprofessional, rude and just laughs at anything iespecially when she knows she's made a mistake. I had turned them on once and They were announcing their new night show. Pat referred to something that was going to happen and Jayne looked at her and said "what is that" , then Pat had to whisper it to her in her ear and she started cackling and said "oh, I didn't know that". Really, I guess it just goes to show how unprepared she is for her shows. How ridiculous was it for her to even say that on air. I started to dislike her when she was the one who refused to give measurements of garments on air and said customers could just look at the QVC size chart. How ridiculous is that because anyone with any sort of sense knows that every designers measurements are different. She was then instrumental and succeeded in not having ANY host give specific garment measurements and the Q went with it. When I see her host a show now, off goes the Q. I can look at the items for that show online.

Everyone has their "favorites". What difference does it make who stands up there? They just need to give the information.

Most of them can't even do that because they're so busy intertaining and stretching out the moments. Then you have the callers. Do I give a #$% what anyone else finds wonderful? I think not.

Listen to them people. They are all about my age (they're mostly retired and about the ages 55 and older). I like some of the QVC clothes.

I don't like the changes they've made in the past 1 1/2 years! Quality stinks, nothing is the same size.

They are nickle and dimeing us to death people.

Years ago ( probably before Lisa or when Lisa was new) Pat hosted the 18K gold shows at night and wore beautiful formal dresses and did a great job. Now she definitely takes a "back seat." I prefer her alone.

I don't understand how Pat, especially since she's been with the Q for such a long time, even tolerates taking a back seat. Any new host can read a card and announce sizes. You better believe Jayne wouldn't tolerate it. IMO, I think Pat is just too sweet and takes whatever the Q throws her way.

Amen....when Lisa R. left I realized that we need to appreciate the hosts that love their job, and STAYED.
