Pants or Shoes????

I just started working again after being unemployed for a year. I need a work wardrobe. I'm not sure what to buy first shoes or pants. Currently I have 2 pair of pants; one of which is too big for me and two pair of work shoes.

This is a slow process for me as I'm responsible for my mom and my children financially.

Also its very difficult to find cute things in my size and price range. I'm 6'1, size 22/24 or 1x-3x; size 13W shoe. That's part of the reason I shop QVC for Easy Pay and most of the apparel goes up to 3x.

What would you get first?
