I would recommend Bob Mackie's wide leg pants. I buy them all the time for my daughter in law. These are the only pants that she can and will wear. She is petite and got the hips and heavy legs from her Dad's side of the family.  I purchase most of her clothing because she gets so frustrated with shopping and trying to find clothing that fits. These also wash well and wear for a long time.
