I prefer a full length straight leg pant, but I don't want it close to or dragging on the ground. It's not only dangerous, it's just too sloppy looking for me. I want to look neat and polished even in my casual clothes. 

 

I own 2 wide leg pants which require a bit of a heel so they won't drag on the floor. I also own a couple ankle length pants. No crops or capris for me; I wear shorts instead.
