Hi Thunderkitty, I hate to bother you but I asked a workout question on the health forum and didn't get an answer. I'm doing the Tracy Anderson method workout video, she says to do this same video workout 4-6 times a week. But I have always heard that you are supposed to skip a day so that those particular muscles can recover. Is that an old myth then? Any insight would be appreciated, thank you. BTW, the workout is very hard!
