I also got a garment in a dark gray plastic bag this week but didn't consider it serious enough to have a hissy fit about it.  If you can summon your resources to find a box, you can go online to the USPS website and, using your QVC return label, request a free pick up.  They'll come get it and email you a receipt.

Hissy Fit? I haven't heard that term for decades.

It was commonly used to put women in their place when the woman was correct and men didn't like their opinion OR didn't have an answer.

You are wrong to even use that term. It would have served you well not to respond to the op.

Shame!

Seriously?  OMG.  Do a google search.  It just means tantrum.  It's perfectly fine to use those words in today's world.

You have no idea if she went to the post office.

'It's shameful you used such a term.

Since you live where the term is accepted, it must be a backwater town .

Don't expect a thank you from anyone.

@Kachina624    Oh my word, Kachina, you and I must be sisters from a previous lifetime!

I also can't keep up with recycling these materials, especially since the inception of Covid-19 when my online ordering expanded greatly over these many months.

And my neighborhood's recycling is picked up once weekly on Mondays.  This past Monday, due to our 6.9 inch snowstorm, they are way behind and I hope that they will finally pick up on the 10th.

Thanks for being a kindred spirit and making me smile.

Have a great weekend!

I am shocked at your language.  Backwater town?  It's in the top 5 cities in America.  Don't have a hissy fit over things like this, @Alsace Gal>

@Alsace Gal  - A "backwater town"?  Now that's being rude and judgmental.  Talk about "Shame!"

And TBH, I think, given the turn this thread has taken, the phrase "hissy fit" is completely appropriate.
