I just did a quick search for the price of the jersey modal/poly fabric by the yard ... it runs about $13-$15 per yard.

A top like that takes 2-3 yards of 60" wide fabric depending on the size.   Patterns vary in price - I've seen a similar pattern for $12.50.

So - you could make it a bit cheaper than QVC's price if you are so inclined.  Personally, I'd rather pay the price than have to work with a knit fabric!  

ETA:  Forgot to add ... you'll need matching thread and fusible interfacing too!

For a tee!!! You should really check out othe channels and maybe some stores locally.  This price is kind of wacky compared to other channels.

I order from Woman Within quite often. You can get a plus size T-shirt less than $20. & that includes S/h+tax. I do NOT see the "hoopla" over LOGO.
