I remember Precious Fibers, Sports Savvy, Koos of Course ( the guy wore an apron all the time) Dialogue, and Fashion Formulas to name a few. None of the lines were overexposed so they were fun to watch even if it wasn't your style.

I haven't watched a PM Style all the way through for years. I think after watching so much for so many years, I just got tired of it. If I start out watching a show I rarely stay put for the whole thing.

Julianne...I think the LR is part of the problem with PMS...she is more worried about attention for herself, than making the show about what the customers want...I was wondering if it is required of the vendors, as they come out, to tell her how gorgeous, fabulous, beautiful & wonderful, she is...I really don't see them do that to any other hosts, to that degree....A little to much ego on PMS....

I actually don't mind LR. The hosts don't do the buying for QVC or decide what to sell and how many items per show. It just seems the powers that be decided a couple of years ago to cut way back on the number of clothing lines, and put Susan Graver on air every day. I don't mind her personally either, but the clothes made for her label look cheap. I don't wear big bright prints in polyester. Lori Goldstein is on all the time now too, with the parade of asymetrical hem shirts.

How about some wool, cotton, silk or linen?

Susan Graver clothing seems slightly ""old"". I am in my early 40's and it just doesn't appeal to me. Does anyone else find this to be true?

I am older than you are and I agree. Also cheap looking fabrics.

I agree. Same old styles. Same old liquid knit. Yuck.

I used to ensure that I was around to watch PM style. Now, I click through the show and usually go onto another channel -- not much new, nor interesting, too repetitive and too long! I don't like that Lisa is constantly selling/pushing her GILI stuff. After all, she has her own "Lisa" show!!

I prefer the offerings to the host.

Agree - and I think the offerings are tacky!

Yes, more options gave everyone a chance to shop, Q's decision to reduce their product lines across everything has made it very limited. I have and wear Precious Fibers sweaters, they held up great and are still in style.

As someone else mentioned, none of the so-called fashion programs have much to offer in the way of fashion. I don't watch them often any more, I browse online and see if there is anything interesting - probably as much from habit as really wanting anything.

February's 1st PMS show reminded me of a pajama party I used to have with my 13-year old girlfriends .... giggling, dancing, and occasional uncontrollable laughter. The professionalism of the two hosts and some guests was despicable. I hope Mike George (CEO) was not watching.

Unfortunately, my life style (not working, 67 years old) has me mostly buying boring clothes. However, I do enjoy seeing interesting beautiful clothes. Sometimes I'll buy something. I've lost a lot of weight so I've been going through my closet and it is so sad the clothes I had from even 2 or 3 years ago (Moto, way more Linea (I can't even remember them)) the clothes were well made and the kind someone would like to wear in a professional atmosphere. I can still wear some of them to the Drs.

I get so many compliments on them.

Good grief! QVC! Wake up!
