Winter in Chicago is cold & want my winter  lounging/PJ's to keep me warm. I do not understand why all the wide open necklines instead of a crewneck for winter. Todays TSV is really cute but doesn't work for me.  JMO

I completely agree! I want pajamas with a stand-up collar and knit cuffs to help keep the heat inside where I need it.

@shoptheQ@x Hedge  ITA.  I'm in NE Ohio, and I'm a total freeze baby.  I gave up on pajama tops many years ago.  I wear a lightweight North Face jacket in the house all winter (with PJ bottoms).  My favorite in the coldest weather is the Osito or the Osito 2.  Those are the fuzzy ones, and they are so cuddly and warm.  I wear a tank underneath so I can take it off before I actually get into bed (it would be too warm for sleeping).

@shoptheQTrue -  not everything works for everybody!  I'm in Florida, so that open neckline on the PJ's was one feature of them that made me look twice.

When I lived north, I wanted what you want.   Not now though.

@millieshops @shoptheQ  Not in Florida but with large doses of steroid/chemo, I feel that I am in the Caribbean some nights and I do not want anything fuzzy.  Moreover, I am a very tactcile person and cannot stand fuzzy, scratchy things near me when I sleep.  I wear Eileen West nightgowns which I have worn for so long I cannot recall when I did not, but they are cotton and nothing itches me.  If I am really cold, I sleep under the duvet which is covered with a cotton coverlet.

While I understand what you are saying, not everyone lives in the coldest parts of the US.  There are parts of the US that don't experience deep freeze and QVC does have to please a large variety.  Here in Phoenix....we are still having 80 degree days.  No way could we have toasty warm tops with high necks.  We would roast.

They can't make everyone happy with every TSV.

I'm another one in total agreement. I don't want to have to wear a scarf around my neck with pajamas! Items sold in the winter should be for cold weather. I figure the women in warmer climates can buy their pj's in the other 3 seasons. It's cold at night near Chicago even with global warming. LOL

i am in maryland so it does get quite cold here. we are just beginning a cold snap today actually. i absolutely HATE to be that covered up when lounging or when sleeping. i sleep in a tank  or camisile and pants or leggings. while lounging i usually have a topper or a sleep shirt that buttons up that i leave open.

i cannot sleep in a turtleneck, crewneck, ballet neck......nor can i sleep with anything with sleeves. i wake up and feel like i am suffocating and on fire.

right now i am in black leggings, a black camisole, and a cuddl duds gray flyaway jacket/topper.....with zebra striped vionic slippers.
