I didn't think at first that Courtney should have replaced LR on PMS, but I do now. Even if they would have paired her with Jayne Brown, it would have been very entertaining. I think fashion is Courtney's strength and the Q should take advantage of that.

I'm another one that thinks Courtney needs more training. Yes, she hits the facts on the item being presented and she's "getting there" and I hope she does. BUT, listening to her Valley Girl voice and watching her "precious" attitude and I'm done. Watching girls this age develop this cutsy pattern of speech and attitude is hard to watch, and it's unprofessional. Transferring it to a job where you speak for a living and it's difficult to watch.

Yes, she's cute and attractive, yes she's "getting there" but she needs direction as to how to lose the Valley Girl stuff and speak normally.... and no, I sure don't hate her..... I wish her well and hope she develops into an excellent host.

I also am liking Courtney more and agree that she is doing a much better job. I went to look her up on FB to like her page and found two profiles for her: one was the Q and the other wasn't. I decided to check the other one out (which by the way is public) and looked through some of her pics in which she was probably in her early twenties, and it seems that she was somewhat the ultimate party girl...lol...Before getting married and having my kids, she would've definitely been someone I'd liked to have been friends with! Hahaha!
