Maybe Shawn could "save " the show?...doesn't Shawn save everything?

I like the concept of the show because it's not about trying to act and look younger.  I respect that this show is coming from the point of view that aging comes with some changes to ourselves, but it can be beautiful.  The style/beauty tips, and the life suggestions can be useful to help us be hot-looking well-adjusted older women.

I'm not wild about the choice of Mally as the beauty voice and co-host.  If I had been on the team making the host/vendor selections, Laura Geller would have been my choice.  It is a good idea to rotate the hosts since they are like ice cream when it comes to our taste as to who is good.  Perhaps the show is going through growing pains and when they settle in things won't seem so loud and chaotic on the set. I have had a chance to watch the show twice.  There are things I didn't like, but it wasn't bad enough for me to turn it off.

@Trix  I like your view on the show quite a lot.

My suggestion (if I was on that same team) would be to not have a static host at all.  Mally is really not needed.

Perhaps have one or two "weekly guests," with the QVC host; different every week.  That way it's not the Mardis Gras with Mally show every time.  I like Mally, but many don't, and a little can go a long way.
