On what planet is an XXS a 39" bust (I wish), a 26"-28" waist and a 38"-39" hip?  I am 33-24-35, and because XXS is the smallest size available in anything on QVC, I cannot buy clothing any longer since Candice Cameron Bure left QVC.  I know QVC and partners do this ridiculous sizing in order to trick customers into thinking they are smaller than they are.  People are not stupid QVC--they know their true size, but you are missing out on a whole demographic of customers who are actually an XXS!  Just bring back vendors like CCB so we can be included in fashion!

@casterp.  Obviously on Earth Planet.  Sorry but I can't relate to those measurements.  What's the item number?  It may be the style of the garment.

I've had the same issue many times. When is a XS  top 40"?

I'm short and slender. Oversized in length or chest size makes me

look shorter. Courtney and Amy often have tops coming down to the

middle of their thighs. Not the look I want.

I am 5’3 and around 145 lbs. I have basically no chest lol. I wear a xxs. I can’t imagine someone who was actually small being able to find tops on QVC. The xxs fits well on me when I order tops.

List of the time Amy is swimming in the tops she presents.  This is what I mean shirt being tiny. I think Courtney has enough chest she looks ok

@casterp

The whole QVC Vanity Sizing thing has been around forever, so it's nothing new.

Honestly, I don't think they're trying to "trick" you into anything.   Just use the size charts.

No online retailer can be all things to all people.  I'm pretty sure there are other retailers that cater to petites, and I'm sure others here can tell you who they are.

BTW ... whenever I've looked at clearance and sales, it seems the most available sizes are always the smallest ones.

That tells me these are the leftover sizes .... because no one bought them.  If they fail to sell, QVC will offer less of those sizes.

JMO, of course.

Use the measurement charts and you will avoid fit problems -- always works for me. I ignore "stated " sizes and and am grateful for the measurement charts.

I BOUGHT a dress this summer using the measurement charts I selected XX small petite

fit great and my dress size is usually  2 or xs in the real world so they do run ridiculously big

I know what size I usually am in b&m stores and usually am at QVC. No matter where I buy clothes, it’s never consistent. Even in shoes. I think I have it figured out, then I buy my size and it looks like a top my daughter can wear. Just returned a top I bought online from Macy’s, a 1X, and it looked like a relaxed medium or a semi fitted large. Sometimes I wonder who comes up with these sizes. Even within the same vendor/designer, no matter where you buy it from, it’s not consistent. Just frustrating.
