I don't find the prices here outrageous.  I usually just wait until it goes on sale, unless there is something I just can't live without.  Then I'll purchase it right away.

High prices are not necessarily good quality. I remember my first day in a multimillion dollar facility and seeing a name brand (not theirs) hair spray coming off the assembly line.

That is contract manuf. and I fear we will see more of that.

I agree.....prices are way too high!  But that`s okay, it saves me alot of money.  Plus, all the clothes are just blah, in my opinion.

I wouldn't say Q prices are outrageous. They're definitely higher priced than some retailers, but there are also clothing items sold elsewhere for much more.

I think most of us have a dollar amount in our heads for what we're willing to spend. In my case I don't want to spend too much on casual tops. I will pay more for a nice blouse, good jean or trouser, sweater, blazer, shoes, handbag, coat, etc.

I don't buy as much clothing from the Q as I used to, but if I see something I like I ask myself if I'm willing to pay that price. If so, I buy it right away. I ask myself the same thing in any store. I bought 3 items from the Q last year, but more pieces from my local stores and other online retailers. Haven't bought anything from the Q this year.

I am appalled at the outrageous prices!  There are no values here.  For years, QVC was my favorite place to shop and build my wardrobe.  They must be losing customers more and more every day.

@greenvillage, I agree with you but there are many people here who purchase something everyday. It is a shopping addiction and they will pay any price. Hoarding at it's finest. One of them rarely leaves her house. Yes, it is an illness but people are in denial.

@RetRN  Agree 100% about QVC being an addiction for some people.  There was one poster the other day who said she does ALL her shopping from QVC.  Hard to believe.  I could understand it 40 years ago before every retailer had a website but now, QVC has just become a habit for many.

Well I guess that's good for QVC--may help them stay afloat!

I don't find it hard to believe at all that some posters do all their shopping at the Q.  There are many brands available and a wide selection to choose from.  No reason to shop elsewhere.

A habit?  Maybe some just enjoy shopping here @kaydee50 .

Prices everywhere are HIGH but agree the Q is offering no values

I buy from J C Penney and get better brands at significantly lower prices

And often no shipping charges over 49.00

Just sales tax and pleasing delivery

usually 3 days

KOHLS has had very good prices especially sales, discounts and clearance

Sane scenario of free shipping or ship to store and receive 5.00 KOHLS CASH

RETURNS AT both stores are easy peasy if I have to

The Q has consistently shown me that beyond on screen item time after that is

not the best
