Orthoheel??? Need Help!

Ladies, Please help me to decide if these shoes are even worth the $$$ first of all. I did notice some are in the $50 range and on easy pay. I can handle that if they keep my legs and knees from aching after standing for hours on end.

The size does have me wondering. I normally wear a 61/2 but sometimes a 7 med. So would I need to size up to a 7? The reviews seem to say they run wide, plus at this time of year I would love to have my toes covered. Just not ready to invest $100 in a shoe that is more medical when I have no idea if this is just hype!

Basicially I think I need sizing help, style suggestions, and to buy or not! I really appreciate your time. Oh, I am open to a thong style.
