I have a sweater that is very much like that, mine is camel and the ties are thicker and black.  They make a nice bow when tied.  It's a dressy sweater.  I have worn it out to dinner with black pants.  I bought my sweater in the Fall from Evine.

Adorable.  My daughter could wear it.  Never liked the cold shoulder and never saw anyone under 35 wearing it.  @lolakimono  could you share the source of the sweater without getting zapped on here?
