Bows and headbands are the upcoming fashion for the next 2 years as well as fringe, tie dye, ruching, head bands and prints.

Bow treatments can be very different. You have active bows that serve a purpose that you tie around your neck into a bow, at your wrist, waist, etc and then there are simple inactive bows that are stationary that sometimes don't even untie that are strictly decorative.

 

It's cute in this particular instance but generally I prefer the former

 @Andreatoo  I would wear the top without the bows.I think the little peek a boo at the shoulder is cute.

I'm really tired of cold shoulder but this top with the kind of little openings and small bows is just so darn cute!  I really, really like it.  It looks so fresh.

I don’t care for the top. Pretty color & love the sunglasses though...

 

I don’t care for bows (and matching ones like this seem to annoy me more than a single one) and have a strong dislike of most holes placed in clothing that have no real use.
