In all seriousness, I know that Susan gets very excited about the clothes she makes and I'm guessing that's why she comes off as a bit hyper at times. She's very popular and I'm guessing she's a nice person, but I think it can get to QVC viewers at times.

One time, she made a top that looked like a one of the old Star Trek uniforms. People made a whole thread about that and were posting pictures and GIFS of Spock, Captain Kirk, other members of the Star Trek crew and it was just a fun thread. No one said anything bad about Susan and Susan Graver herself liked it so much that she even commented about it on her Facebook page. ${#emotions_dlg.lol}$

This is so well said... love the words "wide berth" as Pat "deals with" Susan's enthusiam so admirably. (IMO) I am dismayed that there are comments that discourage others from voicing their opinions...

OP, you didn't sound malicious in your thread. "It takes a lifetime to gain a customer, and a second to lose one." That's how retail is.

QVC reads these threads, and I think they have acted on the complaints. I check once a week to see "new arrivals." Hardly anything new from SG. TSV's? Boy, have they dwindled. Red carpet shows? Fashionably Late Shows?? No appearances by Susan....I don't know if it has to do with customers complaining about her, or if it's her choice, but something has caused change.

For me, I just don't see much from her line lately that appeals to me. I'm sick of liquid knit. Too many prints. I bought the French terry jacket she had on this morning a few months ago, and it has increased $7 since then. That seems like a lot to me.

I purchased a wool coat from her in September. It was sewn so poorly, One sleeve was sewn almost completely shut? It was bizarre. I exchanged it, and it was too big everywhere. No quality control at all on that coat!

I am hoping she has a great TSV on 3/5. Sadly, my SG purchases have dwindled down to next to nothing. Not b/c of her personality, but because of what she's selling.

Pat must have a lot of patience to work with her every week. Seems to me that Pat sometimes lets her just take over the show. Some of SG looks nice but a little too pricey for me.

No offense, but the bottom line is - if you are tuning in to a shopping channel every morning to focus on the interaction of vendors and sales people, you may want to reevaluate how you spend your time. I doubt your venting is of any value to QVC programming. I see complaints all the time about SG. The times I've tuned in, I just don't see the rudeness any of you describe. She's sure silly, but rude? Don't think so, and I'm sure the host doesn't think so either.

On a lighter note - once I get the weather report and local news in the morning, I switch over to the radio for the day. Much more entertaining than daytime tv. There. That's my vent to YOUR vent. LOL

It's more than a handful, and they won't change it because of money, she makes them money. Those who find her annoying, stop buying, and things might change. I find her so incredibly rude, but I never buy clothing on Q anyway.

I have to wonder what insecurities it takes to accuse others of being jealous. That is so sixth grade.

Grandgracie, there are sooo many of us here on the board who don't watch SG anymore because of her rude and arrogant behavior and we agree totally with your post. Unfortunately when someone starts a blog with negatives about Susan, some people have to jump in and say you're wrong.

Fact is, you're completely right. Susan's behavior is such a turn off that many of us don't watch anymore. Don't think you are in the wrong. QVC owns SG's line, and that's why they won't stop her insolence. They obviously make more money on her things than on those from an outside vendor.

The only way I can think of that will ever work is if everyone stops buying. Then she'll have to change her ways or she may lose her cushy spot.
