I didn't watch fashion day but was looking on line at some of the shows from yesterday last night and found a ponte knit jean jacket from Clinten Kelly that caught my eye. It was listed at a "One Day Only" sale price of $49.42. I talked myself out of it and then this morning came back to look again and it had changed price, which I expected, it is now listed at $49.56. A whole 14 cents difference. What a bargain it was yesterday!

They do things like that for lunchtime specials also.  I recently bought an item for $89.98, which seemed like a good deal at the time.  The next day it was listed for just over $90, as I recall.  Whooppeee!!!! QVC really doesn't seem to get the concept of "sale pricing".  Even the TSVs are often just a couple of dollars more than the price that follows.  Much better sales to be found elsewhere.

That's funny but Qvc isn't big on sales and often "clearance" is laughable.  $3 off isn't what most women would call "clearance".   I do think  14 cents borders on dishonesty.

I thought that jacket was cute to but it dosn;t have pockets so  that ended any thoughts of buying it for me.  What kind of jean style jacket dosn't have pockets ?.

They are really all over the place on their pricing.  I have a post on Customer Care on a Logo tank that was $18 Lunchtime Special.  I ordered one on waitlist.

Immediately after the LS, it was $34 - and all colors were immediately available in my size.

I got the tank within a week - so it seems it was available.

I can see prices going up after a LS, but to almost double?  As I noted, I would buy another one, but at almost double what I paid for the first one - no don't think so.

@Isobel Archer

'Back in the day', after an item was a LTS it didn't go back to the original price, it moved to 'Last Clicks" for just a few dollars more than the LTS price.

That was much more fair IMO.

There's no way I'll pay the regular price for something after I've seen it at the LTS price the day before, but it was sold out.

        I don' t have a problem with that, I like it actually.  The point of a LS is to get people to buy and perhaps try a brand they are not familiar with.
