Nordstrom Shoppers

I recently ordered someting from Nordstrom's and didn't like the fit so I called about returning it. If you use their return label you are not charged for the return postage. Customer Service told me its new. The item I ordered had free shipping and now I don't have to pay for the return. Pretty Good - thought I would share the info.
