I agree that lately the click here tab seems to be missing. An item should not be presented for purchase until the measurements and color swatches are ready to be included. It's hard enough to order online....... why make it more difficult for customers to order and be pleased with the Q??? IMHO not a way to keep loyal customers or win new customers.

Wow, what a sad development.

I just looked at the new GK line and not one piece had actual garment measurements. AND, they're in numerical sizing which makes it doubly important to know the measurements.

Yikes.

ITA. I would love the Denim & Co. Jean jacket, but will not pay $48.50 plus s/h & tax without seeing the chest measurements on the screen. Totally perfect way to lose a customer & a sale.

I just checked 3 GK items and the Click Here measurements are there.

Sizing is absolutely important! A big turn off when there are no measurements given

This has been an ongoing problem for years literally. Since Jeanne Bice was alive. I think the Q's clothing has become so inconsistent now that they won't show sizing information. Even D&Co is the same. Suddenly my usual size is too big. GILI runs small, according to Pat on Fasionably Early today, so that absolutely needs measurements. The Q has had thousands of e-mails, telephone calls about this, but nothing seems to change. I know they must read the Forums because so many posts talked about the high shipping costs, and finally they are offering $3 shipping on all apparel. So we have to keep up the pressure.

Yes, I agree the sizing has become a HUGE issue. Even when the garment sizing tab is available, there still can be a large difference in what size you actually receive. I have been a QVC shopper since they took over CVN (that is prior to 1994, ladies). QVC used to have great quality and were consistent in their sizing. I do believe Jeanne Bice would be horrified to see what has happened to her line. I still have one of her original black denim embroidered short sleeve blouse - it fits me and it is size medium - now ask what size I have to buy from QVC - try anywhere from an extra-large to a 2X (and sometimes that would be too small). I am totally annoyed with the lack of quality and consistency of QVC clothing anymore. Even the fabric quality has declined. Look at what has happened to Bob Mackie's line - his designs are still superb - the fabric quality not so much!
