That takes more cost, planning etc. that jacket is not for me, too conservative, but I would love to it on someone else! 169bux, plus tax isn't chump change, but maybe investment piece if you work or have a lifestyle for this jacket. I can see it with slim turtleneck, black ankle pants, or black pants or a skirt. I can see this jacket in California with shorts even , not me for Gods sake, but some young girl strutting out to lunch
About the Nic + Zoe brand. I ordered a blouse and it was an okay blouse. It was not the quality you would expect to get for that price at J Crew, Talbots or Ann Taylor but it was on sale, and I needed it for a gray suit I had.
It did not fit. Asked for another to be sent according to the click here measurements and reviews, and it did not fit. I had my heart set on it because I needed that color for a suit. I kept one and had the tailor lady fix it to fit. So I ended up paying regular price. The fit and fabric are just not what I expected BUT, I have experience with only one item from that brand.
I DON'T LIKE the way this cardigan looks on some of the models. Shawn says it is a lady jacket. It's a cardigan which looks too tight. QVC likes hosts and models to wear items that are a size or two too small.

I used to look at Nic and Zoe at Nordstrom years back. It was always expensive and rarely did anything good for me linger long enough to hit the sale racks.

@katie1859 I really enoy shopping at marshall's, I never or rarely leave without spending money. I always find high name brands at my local store too with great price tags. A fav item of mine there is fall/winter when they stock the cashmere sweaters.Styles you'll never see anywhere else, colors, great 2ply materials. I do favor a great cashmere sweater and have nice ones from there. Overall, a great b&m to shop in.

@shoekitty - I would wear this cardigan open with a white tank underneath and wide legged pants. I would wear it to work or some type of work related function.

@Nonametoday I Don think their measurements line up with what they provide. I think they run true to old sizing, and what I would call, true to size. I didn't even know Nic and %Zoe sold on QVC. Til I saw this post. I have seen the jacket at nordy, although I could swear it had a pink piping on it. I shop all over, from high end to low end. I can shop NM, and have bought Target skirts that lasted so long, one is still in my drawer. The elastic is rotten, lol...but I am going to replace it. Nic and Zoe may not be the same quality, or like everything else, they have changed, because manufacturers have changed. The jacket is a tiny tight on that model. The sleeves are tapered, which I love. To me, that cardigan is for so,done who still works in a nice place , or lunches a lot. I might size up on the jacket.
Nic n Zoe when they started were known for their tee shirts, nice ones that lasted forever. Last one I got pulled. So IDK. I hate it when you need a certain color. It's like you are trapped, as nothing else will look right, so you splurge, and have it tailored. I have been there, lol. I am 76, 5'1 and 1/2", weigh about 136, have an hour glass shape, I usually wear medium. I think in Nic n Zoe I might wear large in top and jacket.

Based on my experience, your medium or even a small would be fine unless their clothing sizes vary from one to the other. They have a Tee-shirt here at QVC for more than $100 in polyester. You can get that same Tee-shirt less expensive at Lilysilk in silk, not polyester,
