Probably somewhat better than the alternative.......finding 'this and that' critters, etc. on or in our clothing items.  

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I always wash every new before wearing.  It there is still a smell, I just wash again.  Don't think I have ever had to go to a third.
