A280325 - Lisa Rinna Collection Regular Open Front Duster Cardigan (this also comes in Petite)

I LOVE this duster - The material is thin, which some people have complained about, but I like the weight - it's not bulky, but adds just enough to keep me warm in air conditioned buildings.

When it first came out, I ordered it in Army Green - loved it so much I purchased it in every other color.  Just recently she added a solid Black and I purchased it also. 

I already posted a 5 star review, and can't edit it, so thought I'd warn people here.

The black is just as nice - same material, same great fit, etc

BUT the dye is not "set" in the black.  I have washed the other colors many times and had no problem with the dye washing out.  I didn't expect the black to bleed color and washed it with other dark clothes, but one item had lighter trim - which is now a dull grey. 

I ended up washing the duster again, by itself, and the water was a dark grey - I ran it thru the wash 4 times before the water was clear. 

Now, the duster is still a good, dark true black, but if you buy this duster in the black, make sure you wash it multiple times before putting it in with any other clothes.

Thank you for the heads up.  I own every single color and this is my favorite purchase ever from QVC......just love.  I ordered the black last month, but have not worn it yet.  Thank you , this is very helpful for when I do finally wash it.

Thanks for the warning. I saw another person left a review under the number you posted saying the black dye transferred.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I will check it out, I like that it's offerend in petites and not heavy if it's indoor wear.  I've become a fan of her clothes.

I've had issue with other clothing items from here and HSN that are the same material where the black dye has transferred. What a mess! Hands, car seats, furniture, purse, even the wall where it touched in my closet!!  For whatever reason, it's always black dye, not navy or red. I won't buy a product made of this or similar material that is black for those reasons. Shame, as there are some great pieces I would love to own : (
