Has anyone returned any online purchase via mail to Neiman? I have a bag which I want to return but I am so nervous to send it. They have provided the prepaid label which is insured and can be tracked by the customer service but I am not sure how long do they take to issue a refund and hope it does not become a pain for me. Any experiences?
