Need help finding a jacket

I am hoping someone will know where I can find this jacket. I have seen it on Lisa and sometimes the models. It is a a white fringe trim tweed jacket (at least it looks tweed). I have looked on the web but I can't find it. I asked Lisa a while ago but she wasn't sure which one I was talking about.
