Need Advice

I fractured my upper right arm by my shoulder and I am not allowed to pick up my arm at all for a month due to danger of displacement, Can anyone with experience provide advice on putting on a bra and a shirt? I am a widow so no one is here to help me dress. Currently I am wearing tube top dresses but it is going to be too cool soon. Thank you
