Did you get e-mail regarding "Q's" new shipping rate / policy ? If so, what is your opinion?

I did!....which is a good thing, BUT, are they going to increase the prices of the merchandise to make up for what they're losing from shipping? Susan Graver's things are pretty nice, but I can't afford to buy they like I used to. $50 for a top is ridiculous. The quality isn't there, and the sizing is off more times than not. I also noticed that QVC was not going to refund original shipping unless they made an error or the item was defective. I'm cutting back on QVC purchases anyway. I think I have one of everything they have now, and I noticed the new stuff isn't as nice as the old stuff was. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$

I didn't see any other threads about it as mentioned above, so I'll post this here. I love the idea of $3.00 shipping, but you don't save half the shipping any longer on additional items. And you can't change it to UPS Ground for the same price (you could before). Not sure if I want everything sent via the USPS - takes so long. So, I'm not sure if it's all that great. Just my opinion, though.

That's a great point.

I get things a lot faster with UPS most of the time. Sometimes the things they send to me "best shipping" takes forever to get to me. The postal service is so unreliable and SLOW.

Of course $3 shipping sounds great. I don't like the idea that I don't get that $3 refunded to me if I return something. The only thing I return is clothing that doesn't fit right. But I could even deal with not getting the $3 back. I DO have a problem with the increase in merchandise prices. Clothing has gone up more than$3 or $4. Some clothing is even $8 to $10 higher. I see the increase even in makeup and Vera Bradley bags.

And Denim & Co. pants are going thru the roof: $38.&$39. Give me a break! I understand Supply and Demand increases, but heck, everybody sells pants and much cheaper.
