It's not just QVC, but I find so many fashion retailers have abandoned the collar on women's shirts.
I entered a search online for what I wanted:
women's eyelet shirt
collar
long sleeves
button down
I wanted something with some interest to it, not just a button down. This is what I picked from the very short list. It's more than I wanted to spend, but I love it. It's from Chicos:
I fell in love with the full sleeves and the nectarine color. It has not arrived yet.
Where are all the beautiful collared womens' shirts?

Oh, wow!
I love, love, love everything about this shirt.
The color, the eyelet fabric, the sleeves, etc.
Just perfection!
Enjoy!

I love it! It's truly something you could dress up or down. All the hosts say that all the time whether true or not.

I like collars on shirts I wear in fall, winter and spring, but in summer they are HOT.

Collars (especially band collars) add time and expense to the manufacture

I love white eyelet in the spring; so fresh. Makes me think of Easter dresses and bunnies. Would love to see some eyelet shirts from the Joan Rivers line again.

I can't tell you "where" the collared shirts are for women but some ladies have mentioned J C Pennys. Ralph Lauren still shows beautiful collared shirts along with Talbots, Appleseed's, and Coldwater Creek on occasion. You also might want to look at Land's End.
Many women have a problem with the buttons across the bust pulling apart and can't get a good fit going up because the shoulders are too big.
A pull-over top can fit many more women, therefore, making more sales.

@Caaareful Shopper I agree w/you. I think the reason we don't see more of these shirts is because the designers know they can make more money by making t shirts. They have no collars, buttons and those darn 3/4 sleeves save money, too. I get so tired of seeing t shirts.
The one you showed is adorable and so feminine. I'll have to look into that one. Enjoy.
