Model Stacy's periwinkle top

This morning on Destination Silver, model Stacy was wearing a periwinkle, sleeveless, front ruffle top that I am dying to purchase. It can be seen as she is modeling a Byzantine necklace J274224. Does anyone recognize it as a product QVC sells? If so, I would love the item number.
