I had things from more stores hanging in my closet when getting out for shopping excursions was on my agenda.  Doing most of my clothing and fashion shopping from home these days has greatly limited the number of retailers I am presently buying clothes from. Regardless of how well the presentation or images are, the purchase is made without seeing the item up close and personal.

Hey Lola - How do the Bucket Feet shoes fit?  I've been eye-balling that brand for a few months now, love the concept.  What do you think about the shoes?  TIA

I find that my closet used to be from mainly four places: Coldwater Creek, Land's End, L.L. Bean, and Loft.

Lately I find that I have more brands (mixing and matching) that I've collected here and there.  I first paid attention a few weeks ago when I came home from the gym wearing a Reebok logo tee, UA bra, Nike pants, Adidas socks, and Ryka sneakers.

Do you find that with more online shopping, your outfits are coming from all diferent places?

Yesterday's outfit was this:

GAP-

Utility swing jacket

Crown & Ivy- (Belk)

Theodora & Callum- (Nordstrom Rack)

Pistil blossom belt-

L.L.Bean Signature jeans-

Signature Skinny Ankle Jeans, Favorite Fit

Converse socks-

Bucketfeet shoes-

@Pixie66

I really like them.  I am a half size (6.5) and they come in whole sizes only.  I have to wear socks, but I have found that the Converse Chuck Taylor ones (like the ones I posted below) work well with them.  If I were a whole size, I could probably wear them as is, but I don't know about how the canvas would feel on bare feet.  They are way more comfortable than the Vans lace up sneakers I have, so I think I'll wear these more.  They had enough support that I could wear them to teach in all day.  I don't usually wear the same shoes two days in a row, so I don't know if I could wear them all day every day.  I have two pairs now, and the first pair was a bargain basement price at Saks Off 5th.

 ($20)

I think that the lion ones, in particular, are well worth what they are charging.

I do recommend buying Scotchgard and spraying them before you wear them.

I found mine at Lowe's.

Which ones are you considering?

Primarily JJill and then Talbots and Nordies for shoes.  JJill comes up with a new line at end of every month to keep me interested and they sell petites and offer free shipping when ordered in store, so can't really beat that!

Loft just seems to have gone way south for me, and used to find quite a bit at White House, Black Market, but the store near me closed - so....

my closet has clothing from all over the place! From every price range too..

Today it's DG2 bermuda shorts (white)

DG2 by Diane Gilman SuperStretch City Short

(these are actually her 'city shorts' which are on clearance for $6.00!!!!!)

I spent a lot more on the bermudas and they lose their shape quickly but for 6 bucks......hmmm. if you're a 22 or 24w it might be worth it for knock around shorts..

with an Indigo Thread Co top

725-964- Indigo Thread Co.™ Woven Sleeveless Crochet Detailed Hi-Lo Top

Hanes boyshorts and a Bali bra (both from Target)

Hi Lola ~ Thanks for that great description.  I'm not looking at any particular one, but I do like the one you posted and did almost purchase that exact one Smiley Happy  I think I need to try a pair on, I'm usually an 8 and I think I'd wear these without socks.

I bet the lions are striking Smiley Happy

Most of mine is from Nordstrom (both brand names & Nordstrom's own brand)  All my jeans are from the individual brands like Rag & Bone, AG, etc.  I don't buy jeans from regular stores.  Everything is pretty much mixed.
