I've been hand washing some of my summer things - today I did a bunch of Bob Mackie blouses that I've worn for several summers.  Still looking great.

From the looks of what's been offered by QVC so far .... I'll probably not be buying many summer things.  (I did buy D&Co linen shirt and a LOGO top.)

It's been a clothes famine for me this summer.  I haven't seen anything "appetizing."

Not buying anything from QVC or HSN but got 2 pairs of ikat pants from Appleseeds and a couple of tops from Lands End.  So many shopping options to choose from.

@ALRATIBA

That is so funny because I was just ironing some of my Bob Mackie shirts.

To compare the quality of old Bob Mackie with what they offer for sale today is like comparing night to day.  Totally different product.

I bought a QVC Mackie blouse many years ago. It was a beautiful design, but upon closer inspection, they forgot to put buttons on the cuffs! The holes were there, but no buttons. How in the world did that get past quality control? I used to see some of his clothes at my local Stein Mart too.

@SharkE   Fortunately, he is still with us. He is 85.
