He was the star on White Collar, the TV series many years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the series. I ran across it a couple of weeks ago. Think it is on Hulu It is a light-hearted program. He was thrown in jail in the series and the FBI want him to help them, so they get him out of jail and he has to wear an ankle bracelet.
