Do you have any favorites?

I already have silver sandals and love them. This year I decided to Go for the Gold!

Here are the casual sandals I chose (very comfortable).

Very cute. I bought a pair of bronze wedges (1 1/2") at least 6 years ago. I love them as they go with everything in my wardrobe & I can wear them in the spring, summer & fall. I still get complements on them too. I cannot wear a real flat shoe.

Look at Bandolino Goldenkey. They come in rose gold, gold, silver and black. I bought the rose gold. Great prices on Amazon...

I don't have any but some are very pretty. I'd like some bronze or coppery ones, gunmetal, maybe. The season is very young so who knows if I'll end up getting some...

In the past, metallics were for evening wear or weddings and other dressy occasions.

Now, they have moved into everyday wear.

At first, I was afraid to wear a metallic shoe in the daytime. But I've found that I really like them. They are amazingly versatile. They complement so many colors.

I love silver with blue, black, white, grey. I love gold with green, pink, khaki. And there's overlap, too. It's fun to experiment with metallics.

But, I have many pairs. I have a few Joan Boyce "metallic-style" sandals, and many, many pairs of Vince Camuto in different styles--Ilicia, Imanal, Indola, etc.

I don't have any metallic sandals as I buy almost exclusively Clark's because I need the support. I wish Clark's would come out with a metallic as i like the look but I have to buy shoes for function first. I do have a pair of orthoheel sequin thong sandals that I wear to the pool.
