That four color top?  It's an example of something I would wait to see how it sells.  If it bombs, it will be reduced pretty quickly, just keep checking.  By the time it makes Lunchtime Specials you will have a real bargain.  But if I really love something I will pay full price.  "Need" is no longer a consideration in my tops wardrobe, they are my number one  impulse purchase.
