I have always had problems with bras being comfortable.
I tried Wacoal bras and followed their measuring guidelines on line. I was kinda afraid to order and didn't trust that the size they recommended would fit.
I went up a cup size and the band size. I ordered two different bras on sale...they both fit and were comfortable.
I have no problems with fit or comfort anymore.

That is why I pick a very rainy day to go bra shopping: don't want to waste a beautiful one !

I have found that bras vary by size, style and brand. Impossible to pick one out without trying it on.
These days 32s are not often out on display, so I order online. Have to be willing to return several.

@Still Raining In my town I can't even find 34 bras anymore.

I usually just buy Warners or Jockey anymore. At least I know my size in those
two brands.
Don't feel like trying on a bunch of sizes in brands I am not familiar with anymore.
Those days are gone.

Thanks everyone for your helpful input. I've decided to go braless when I'm home LOL and wear what I already have when I venture out or double layers of clothing if necessary

Used to be that Macys and Nordstrom would fit bras. Last time I went to a store called Soma--was in a local mall. They fit for bras.

I find that going to a store and trying on is your best bet. I usually wait until I have someone that will go with me and can do the running to get another size if need be. That way I don't have to get dressed to go out and get another style or size to try on. I don't want a clerk coming in to "help". One year when my daughter was visiting we went to Penney's. She was in need of new bras. I did the running that time. She ended up with a size that she never thought was hers. Trial and error did it.
For years, I wore Breezies underwire Rose something or other. I found the perfect fit for me. Then they changed the strap length and there wasn't enough "lift up". A couple times I altered the straps, but what a hassle. I mostly wear sports bras now. I have a couple of the Breezies that I have hand washed and I will wear when the top I am wearing needs a bit more support. They say to change out your bras every 3 months. I guess if you wore the same bra for 10 to 12 hours a day that might be right. I have several that I switch out that I have had for years.

@Junebug54 when I get home from being out, the first thing that comes off is the bra. Yup! ![]()

Stretchy step-in bralettes are the only ones I will wear![]()
