Has anyone else noticed that on-screen measurements are few and far between these days? I can't remember the last time I saw them on a Denim & Co. show, therefore I have not ordered.

Lazy producers will always drop the measurements because it's too much trouble. We have to call Customer Service to complain. Lot's of us can make a difference!! We've done it before!

I hate to say it, but in my own experience, the measurements don't mean much these days anyway. I know a lot of people need them because they order by phone, but I always go to the "Click here" measurements online to determine the correct size. The problem is, a lot of the time when I get the garment home, it doesn't measure what it says it's supposed to be anyway and it may be too large or too small, so back it goes. It's happened to me a lot, and I've almost entirely stopped ordering clothing. I never used to have a problem, I could almost always get the right size. But now it's saving me a lot of money! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I order from computer and check ""click here"" measurements.

If anyone is calling in their order - just ask the entry operator if they need measurements.

I'm often in bed where I don't have Internet access. I think fortune is right; it's lazy producers. It ought to be an item on their performance appraisals.

I agree, lazy producers, they need to do their job, we are paying for convenience so they need to give us all the facts about fashion or whatever product is on air.

Yesterday, Amy did a guesstamation on the length of some Denim and Co pants. She based it on the height of the models.

do you remember, years ago, when the hosts would say....once you know your size it will be the same for all their lines of clothing....what happened to that rule of thumb....

Why don't you just look them up via the item's page?

Seems silly not to order just because they're not shown onscreen.

Unless the line is busy and the item sells out. . .
