I think lots of items should be available. I love the slim leg jeans and legging. I am vertically challanged (5'2).  The boot leg makes me look short and on top of the fact that I hate getting my jeans altered.  I like being in fashion but the wider leg jeans just don't work for me.

If you don't wear skinny jeans as pants, how are you supposed to wear them?

This trend has been around for a long time because it's a good look for many women.

As we get older most struggle with hiding weight.  A long tunic over some leggings is not only quite flattering to many but very comfortable compared to regular pants or jeans.

@kaydee50- All my jeans are skinny jeans and they all have pockets.  Pockets are an absolute "must" for me too.

I agree with others above that wide-legged and boot cut jeans don't look good on us "shorties."  At 5'3", I feel out of balance in boot cuts.  Thank goodness there are so many styles of jeans!

@FranandZoe  I got two pairs of such nice boot cut jeans at Walmart this weekend! The fit is great and love them and only $20 a pair.  With this price of jeans I bought them one size larger than I wear and the fit was perfect.

They are the  Modern Boot Cut. Simply Stretch. Signature-Levi Struass.

I don't know. When will people stop worrying about what other people are wearing? Honestly, that's what I wish would stop. Good for her for not being worried about it. Shaming other women for what they wear is the never-ending trend I hate the most.

@vermintYES if the leggings or tights  are worn Correctly with a top long enuff to cover some stuff the look is not as bad. But I hardly ever see that look!
