[I am still oxox]

Before I resort to a phone call does any one know if seperate online purchaces can be returned as one. Going to the store it not an option due to my limited mobility Thank you all and Happy New Year

Yes, they can be returned in one package.

 I just googled "can separate on line purchases from Macy's be returned in one shipment?" and they gave all the details as to what needs to be done.

I don't remember all the steps, but you can find the info. on line.  It said something like you have to initiate the return process on line.  Just include all paperwork with your items.

This is what I found on Macy's website. I believe separate orders must be in separate boxes because each order probably creates a return label just for that item. I would hate for you not to get all of your money back on your returns. Also, some items might be shipped from the vendor and need to be returned to the vendor.

Please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding box. If you have multiple return labels, return items in separate boxes, and apply the correct return label to each box to ensure you receive your refund without further delays. Once your return is received at our return facility, it may take up to 7 days to process your refund.

@I am still oxox  -  I would send things separately as @lizzys has printed above.

It would be too much of a hassle trying to track down a return if you combine it with another return and it gets lost in the shuffle.

@San Antonio Gal  @lizzys  @I am still oxox   Well I certainly apologize for giving bad information!  The info. I found on line said you can not only put everything together, but you can include items from PAST orders as well.  It said as long as you initiate the return process on line (where, I assume, you'd put all pertinent information and get your return label), then everything would be fine.

I was told that if there were multiple items under 1 order number and shipped together that they all can be returned in one box. I would very plainly and in simple words--include a note saying that it was all in one box when you got it.
