My sister ordered three dresses, after carefuly shopping online.
Wedding is in July ... outside.
Retailers were Dillards, Macys and Nordstroms ... and all are truly awful.
Any sources you can recommend? I thought she could get a personal shopper at Nordstroms to help her, but there are no stores within 600 miles.
Any and all suggestions welcome ... TIA.

How about looking directly on R&M Richards website and see if there's something there she might like.

Maybe bridal stores near her.

Also, is she able to visit a bridal shop to see what they have or could order...then fit?

Another vote for a bridal shop, they usually have a wide selection of "mother of" dresses that might be perfect for her.

I also think she should go to a bridal store.

Last year a poster ( whose name I cannot recall) posted her dress which was for what I think was for her son's wedding.
It was one of the most perfect lightweight chiffon-like pastel-watercolor printed long jackety type thingamajig over a light pinky coral ( i think) sheath. I tried finding the post but i cant.
My recollection of the colors could be all wrong. I just remembrr feeling how perfect for the time of year, location and comfortable what she picked was and so happy for her.
Not like the old beaded two piece long suit dresses of decades ago.
Poster if you see this...show it again!

Try Bloomingdale's

I also agree a bridal shop would be a good place to go. I have bought a couple of pretty dresses from Chico's also for weddings I've attended. You could go to the store or shop online. Their measurements are generally true to size in my experience.
