What is your opinion on Lyocell? I have never tried a shirt in this fabric. Does it wrinkle a lot? Is it cool for warm weather or is it hot like polyester? Is it a dressier fabric or more casual like cotton? Thank you in advance!

Lyocell is one of my favorite summer fabrics.  It's cool, flows nicely with few wrinkles that release a few minutes after wearing.  I wear my lyocell/Tercel pieces anywhere.  I fall for this fabric whenever I see it, especially in pants.

I love lyocell or tencel  whatever it's called.

I just bought a tencel/lyosell dress.  It came out of the package quite wrinkled.  As I do with all new clothing, I washed it.  It came out great!  No need to iron.  Has a "silky" feel.  Very happy with it so far!!

Lyocell is a type of rayon. Yes, it wrinkles if you don't launder it correctly. I really love it myself. It's drapey and just right for summer b/c it's naturally cooling.

I had clothes of tencel and it is a fabulous fabric.  Soft, drapey and cool.  I would mostly consider it a summer fabric.  I believe lyosell is the same thing with a different name.

The Side Stitch brand sold on QVC uses that fabric as a selling point for their garments.  I have heard hosts say it is "proprietary" to Side Stitch.  Then, every once-in-a-while, another brand of clothing will say their items are made of the same fabric. Side Stitch items are very high-priced. However, I am very suspicious of their claims that they are the only company with that fabric. Just who can you believe, right?

It feels great against the body - soft, drapy & good for warmer weather. May need a light iron or steaming now & then, keeping the garments hung as opposed to folded helps minimizes the wrinkle factor

The IM pants I bought on LTS pricing this morning has lyocell in them. I've always wondered why Side Stitch is so expensive as I don't think lyocell is so hard to find in clothing 🤔
