Did anybody hear what happened? Had she been sick or was it sudden? I felt so
bad for him, I know he adored her.

Oh my goodness. Didn't she always come to be one of his models?

He said thank you to QVC for protecing his privacy, so it was not sudden.

My heart broke for him. How strong for him to come and do the show. I guess he promised her, as she said "you have to go and do what you do".

Yes he always had her on as one of the models. I think you are right in that it wasn’t sudden, my guess would be cancer but I don’t know that for sure. I give him a lot of credit for coming on and doing the show. Sending thoughts and prayers to him and his family.

I can't remember the last time I saw her on a show, but his shows were almost down to none so it must have been because of her illness.

It is hard to see the models now, because she was always one of them.

He is devasated. I always loved how he spoke of her, how much he loved her.

My husband passed away only January 16. He was in hospital since December 16. So sorry for the loss of Louis's wife.  The Robert Frost poem  he quoted from is one of my favorites. The tears flow so easily. His tears and mine are a sign of love.

I heard the end of the conversation too . Had no idea she had been ill. So very sad , they seemed so close. I hope he finds the strength to go on. He mentioned the Q customers and company, being a source of support for him, which he greatly appreciated. At the end, he read one of her favorite poems by Robert Frost , " Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening".
