I ordered open front cardigan A663763 and wanted exchange for different size. I tried to pull up the Q listing by Brand and item number. I get the message that the page requested has been removed and to call CS. Very strange- so I will not attempt to exchange.

No, honestly don't care what is going on. Just giving others a heads up as to what might effect purchases or returns

I just pulled it up without a problem.  Try it again.

Go to your account and click on orders, then click on that particular order. You'll see a box, "start a return or exchange."  Click there and see if it works as it should, or if there is a problem. In any case, that's how you make an exchange.
