@Lisarr  Cancelling??  I purchased a couple of her things and the quality was definitely not up to her prices.  Cute styles, but made on the cheap is what I thought of her line. 

Yes, she expressed her personal opinions very loudly, and apparently rudely.  I assume her line eventually stopped selling.  I remember QVC had a blowout sale on a lot of her items.  I purchased one last item, a pair of wide leg pants with a high slit up the sides.  A big mistake; no returns on blowout sales.

I had no issues with LR or her clothes .... I have quite a few of her pieces .... very nice.

She probably would have been better off on HSN ....

I really liked her clothes and she was fun to watch but she and QVC parted ways several years ago. I don't watch those gawd awful Housewives shows so I don't know she said that upset people.

Many celebrities come and go on QVC.

I liked watching the antics of the Real Housewives of B.H. and I found Lisa Rinna to be a bit outrageous, but never dull.

I do not pay any attention to what anybody says about QVC shoppers, because I have been shopping here for decades, and I am satisfied or else I would not return. Again, I can shop anywhere, and I choose to buy some fashion items from QVC.

Lisa Rinna's clothes were very trendy and fashion forward, but I do agree that construction was not the best as compared to some other QVC lines.  I bought only two items, and never again, just because I did not find the value.  Yes, I do think many others did not buy due to her remarks, but I know she made a few million while she was at QVC!

Those "housewife" shows are scripted ... some people are unable to tell the difference between make-believe (TV) and real life.

I don't know what she could possibly have done, but many posters here just like to criticize anyone from "Hollywood", whether they actually have a valid reason or not.
