I also love the different weights of Liquid Knit. I live in Georgia - as the saying goes, if it doesn't grow here, it rusts
.
Since I travel a lot in all seasons, Liquid & Butter knits are a traveler's dream. They don't wrinkle when packed or while wearing and take up very little space in a suitcase. They mix & match very well.
When flying, I travel only with one bag - my carry-on. I generally go away for 2 - 3 weeks at a time. You can easily pack a dozen tops, 8 or 10 pairs of slacks, a maxi skirt and/or dress. In winter if it gets too cold, I always have 1 or 2 sets of CuddleDuds for outdoors.
If you receive an item that seems to have a permanent crease, use white vinegar and a press cloth to iron it out.
Most all my SG items were purchased as 'last clicks', clearance, 'as is' , on eBay, thrift stores or at Q outlets. I rarely buy clothing at regular prices. I'd rather spend my money on other things.

I have tried it. I can't wear it, it makes me too hot and sweaty. This is not exclusive to liquid knit. I can't wear anyone's 100% polyester which is a shame because there are some real cute things out there. I just can't. However if you wear it and love it, enjoy!

LIQUID KNIT: HOT IN THE SUMMER AND COLD IN THE WINTER.
‎05-16-2014 07:40 PM
I have some older pieces of LK and I find them to be much to hot to wear in the summer - as a matter of fact - I only wear LK if we are having a rare Florida cool spell which occurs a few days each winter or if we go to Pa for some reason in the winter. My closest friend lives in southern SC and wears LK all year round - but she says her medications make her cold all the time so that is why it doesn't bother her.

I wear my LK year round in PA. In the winter I like to wear it under sweaters & jackets because there is no "grab". In the summer I find it quite comfortable when in AC and in & out of the car. If it a loose style with shorter sleeves or flutter sleeves, I don't find it to be hot at all. I have taken them on a few Carribbean cruises and with a breeze they are fine for me.

I just ordered these for work. I love red and white together. These have very good reviews, and you get two tops for one shipping cost!! My favorite part about liquid knit is how it washes/tumble dry and comes out looking great. It doesn't shrink, doesn't fade, doesn't wrinkle. It is a little cold in the winter. In my area it's a 3 season fabric. I'm always cold though
Just bought this one too! It sold out in a few minutes. SG really has some nice designs! Love them

And this necklace from last year will go nicely with the blue top - not(purple shown) I wish she would bring this necklace back so many ask for it
