I bought the linen jacket and pants in Twig and in Black, at 8:30 am on Wednesday. Both Twig items are now on backorder, as are the black pants.

Only the black jacket is in process.

I'm furious. These are the only pieces I bought, they're the only pieces I wanted.

What is the point of ordering early? What do they do, spin the Bingo cage and pull orders out at random?!

Hope this is not an indicator of things to come, but the pics of the linen jackets (black and twig) have disappeared from my order status page. The pants and tanks ordered at the same time are still there and still In Process, but the jackets are gone.

Don't know what to make of this.

Would love to know what 'system' the Q uses for Order Processing - obviously it isn't oldest order first.

Sorry that this happened. Just checked my Order for the Black Suit and Twig Pants - all three Items are still 'In Process'.

Sorry that happened to you. I ordered jackets in black and twig and they have shipped. I ordered at showtime. Wonder how many others went to backorder.....

So frustrating, trying to solve the riddle of When To Order.

Past discussions on this forum attempted to analyze the process. Linea ladies who bought at midnight had their orders go to backorder, while the orders of those who bought during the show were shipped. Someone theorized that one should wait until the next day, when they 'reset' the order system or something like that.

I'm starting to wonder if its based on sales of the individual person that determines who gets what when.

It might be that the hosts get credit for sales made during the show so they fill those orders first. Don't know how else they could justify sending out orders made during the show over those made earlier.

If their Inventory were accurate it wouldn't matter - they would be able to ship all Orders placed - but they accept more Orders than they have Inventory.

Their system is whacked!! I ordered the black linen jacket when it first posted on the site because I could not watch the show and it shows in process - the tie dye cardi I bought after the show shipped already. The dress I ordered last night still shows in process. I hope I get the linen jacket because it was the one thing I had to have this visit!!

Sorry that happened to you, that is painful. I am surprised, I thought that ordering the night before was dangerous as the items are "hidden" but that once they are posted in the morning it would be safe to order!! I can tell you one way that I have found that seems to work, and that is to order an item individually. It does not save on shipping but the orders ship fast. I ordered three tanks on Tues in one order and they are still in process but items that I ordered yesterday individually have shipped. I didn't order the linen jacket b/c it wasn't washable, of course now I wish I had, so you are ahead of me as now there isn't even a waitlist!
